PUBLIC NOTICE Invitation for Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) Services for Belle Chasse Academy

In this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), Belle Chasse Academy is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from highly qualified Louisiana licensed commercial contractors interested in providing Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) Services for: Belle Chasse Academy Renovation and Expansion Project (Project) An electronic file of the RFQ is available at the schools website and the Plaquemines Parish Gazette, and Times Picayune.

STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS (SOQ) shall be submitted in electronic format only and emailed to: mrocks@bellechasseacademy.org prior to the stipulated deadline for receipt of STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS.

The SOQ submissions for this Project will be accepted until 3:00 PM on October 24, 2024.

SOQ submissions that have not been received in the required format by the aforementioned deadline date and time will be rejected. Additionally, failure to submit all of the information stipulated per Section 4 Response Instructions, shall result in the submission being considered nonresponsive and will result in the SOQ submission being rejected. Unless otherwise stated or required by the instructions, all attachments and/or embellishments other than those required in the RFQ shall be excluded.

SOQ Proposers, their consultants, sub-consultants, or other parties representing the proposed team for this RFQ may not contact any Belle Chasse Academy Staff or Employee, CMAR Selection Committee Member, Architect or Consultant, with the exception of the RFQ Coordinator, as identified in this RFQ, concerning this Project from the date of this advertisement until after the date of selection.

Belle Chasse Academy, or the CMAR Selection Committee reserves the right to reject any or all timely submitted SOQs in response to this RFQ for cause.
