NOTICE

Roderick Christopher Patrick, The United State of America, and

Prytania Square Condominium Association, Inc.

Pursuant to an order of the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans, in the

matter of In Re: Tristram S. Millard Praying for Monition (1901 Prytania St.,

#14), Docket No. 2024-6266 , Div. D, the Civil District Court for the Parish of

Orleans, State of Louisiana, dated July 10, 2024, it was ordered as follows:

WHEREAS, Tristram S. Millard, by act passed before Errol B. Conley and

recorded on June 7, 2018 at NA 2018-21311 and CIN 639031 of the official

records of Orleans Parish, Louisiana, purchased tax sale title to the belowdescribed property in a tax sale conducted by Beverly Gariepy, Chief Financial

Officer and Ex-Officio Tax Collector for the Parish of Orleans, for unpaid ad

valorem taxes for the tax year(s) 2017. WHEREAS, Tristram S. Millard has

applied to this Honorable Court for a Monition or advertisement, in conformity

with LRS 47:2271, et. seq.; THEREFORE, in the name of the State of Louisiana

and the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans, all interested persons are

cited and admonished to show cause within sixty days from the date on which this

Monition is first advertised, why grounds exist for a nullity under the provision of

Chapter 5 of Subtitle II of Title 47 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950. The

property affected by this monition is: SQ 208 PT LOT 4-3-1-2-3, PRYTANIA &

ST MARY PTS, 115/111X128 VARS UNIT 14, 1996 H/E RETURNED, 2000

H/E RETURNED, 2000 H.E. RET; For informational purposes only: The
