AVAILABILITY AND PUBLIC HEARING

PROPOSED BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the City Council of Lake Charles on August 27, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at Lake Charles City Hall, 326 Pujo Street, Lake Charles, Louisiana. The purpose of this hearing is to review the proposed budget for the City of Lake Charles for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2024 and ending September 30, 2025.

All citizens of Lake Charles are invited to attend this meeting and to present questions or comments concerning the proposed budget. The entire proposed budget is available for public inspection online at www.cityoflakecharles.com and in the Office of the Mayor located on the tenth floor of City Hall, 326 Pujo Street, Lake Charles, LA; Calcasieu Parish Central Library, 301 W. Claude Street, Lake Charles, LA (Corner of Ernest Street and West Claude Street); and Carnegie Memorial Library, 411 Pujo Street, Lake Charles, LA.
