By virtue of a Writ of seizure and sale directed to me by the Honorable Judges of Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans, in the above entitled cause, I will proceed to sell by public auction, on the ground floor of the Civil District Court Building, 421 Loyola Avenue, in the First District of the City on on August 15, 2024, at 12:00 o'clock noon, the following described property to wit:
A CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways,, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the FOURTH DISTRICT of the Parish of Orleans, State of Louisiana and designated as a portion of Lot 10 of Square 259. Said Square 259 is bounded by Baronne Street, Washington Avenue, Dryades Street and Fourth Street. Said portion of Lot 10 commences at a distance of 31.7.2 feet actual (30 feet title) from the intersection of Baronne Street and Washington Avenue and measures thence 20 feet front on Baronne street, same width in the rear, by a depth of 92 feet between equal and parallel lines, all in accordance with and as more fully shown on a survey by Gilbert, Kelly & Couturie, Inc. Surveying and Engineering, dated January 14, 2005.
Improvements thereon bear the Municipal No. 2727 Baronne Street, New Orleans, LA 70113.
WRIT AMOUNT: $226,448.26
Seized in the above suit,
