The New Orleans-Baton Rouge Steamship Pilots Association will conduct a selection of new pilot apprentices on September 16,2024. All individuals desiring to submit an application must do so by August 28, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. All applications must be submitted in person to a member of the NOBRA Board of Examiners or their authorized representative.
