NOTICE is hereby given that by virtue of a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued out of the Honorable Thirteenth Judicial District Court in and for the Parish of Evangeline, in the above entitled and numbered cause, under date of MARCH 22, 2024, I have seized and taken into my possession and will offer for sale and will sell for cash, at public auction to the last and highest bidder, with benefit of appraisement at the principal front door of the Courthouse of the Parish of Evangeline at Ville Platte, Louisiana, on: SEPTEMBER 11, 2024 at Ten O’clock (10:00) a.m. the following described property to wit:
