at which time and place the Bids will be opened and read.

There will be a NON-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference held on AUGUST 19, 2024 at the University of New Orleans, at MAIN ARENA FLOOR ( enter off of Franklin Ave, Lakefront Arena BOX OFFICE at 10:00AM. Estimated budget $453,700 INSURANCE

CONTRACTORS MUST BE LICENSED BY THE LOUISIANA STATE LICENSING BOARD FOR CONTRACTORS UNDER Category I, Building Construction.
