The Village of Clarence has received funding under the Louisiana Disaster Recovery Community Development Block Grant Program for a project identified as Village of Clarence Drainage Improvements. The Village is interested in procuring the services of a consulting firm to administer and implement this project.

The procedures for the selection of this firm will be in accordance with the procurement requirements of the Disaster Recovery CDBG Program. All responses received will be evaluated in accordance with the selection criteria and corresponding point system that is identified in the Request for Proposals. The RFP also identifies the scope of services to be performed by the selected firm.

The Village of Clarence will award the contract to the respondent obtaining the highest score in the evaluation process.

Interested parties are invited to obtain the Request for Proposals from Mr. Marques Braxton, Mayor whose office is located at 6004 Highway 71, Natchitoches, LA 71457. She may also be reached by e-mail at info@villageofclarence.org and mbraxton@villageofclarence.org.

Responses to the RFP must be hand-delivered or mailed to Mr. Marquez Braxton, Purchasing Director, at 6004 Highway 71, Natchitoches, LA 71457. Responses must be received no later than 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 31, 2024.
