REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Sealed qualifications will be received by the City of Gretna in the Mayor's Office at 740 Second Street, Gretna, Louisiana 70053 or electronically through the website www.publicpurchase.com until 10:00 A.M. on August 5, 2024, and at that time, will be opened and publicly read aloud for 2024 Hurricane Season Post-Disaster Debris Monitoring for the City of Gretna.

No proposal may be withdrawn after the hour set for opening unless and until award of the proposal has been delayed for a period exceeding 30 days.

Proposals must be addressed to the City of Gretna, Mayors Office, 740 2nd Street, Gretna, LA 70053 and must be clearly identified as to Name of Proposal, Date and Time of Proposal opening, or be submitted electronically through the website www.publicpurchase.com. Any proposal received after the time and date set for filing shall be returned to the Selected Proposer unopened.

All Proposals must be in accordance with the Proposal Documents on file at the City of Gretna, 740 2nd Street, Gretna, Louisiana 70053 and on Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com. You may request proposal documents via email at bmorgan@gretnala.com or download from www.publicpurchase.com.

The City of Gretna reserves the right to reject all Bids and to reject nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional Bids.
