By virtue of a Writ of seizure and sale directed to me by the Honorable Judges of Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans, in the above entitled cause, I will proceed to sell by public auction, on the ground floor of the Civil District Court Building, 421 Loyola Avenue, in the First District of the City on on August 15, 2024, at 12:00 o'clock noon, the following described property to wit:

A CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, together with all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, advantages and prescriptions thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining to, situated in the Fourth District of the City of New Orleans, in Square No. 259, bounded by Baronne, Washington, Dryades and Fourth Street, designated by the letters on a sketch or certificate or survey made by H. W. W. Reynolds, Civil Engineer and Surveyor, dated May 4, 1889, forming the corner of Baronne Street and Washington Avenue, and measuring according to said sketch, thirty feet front on Baronne Street, by a depth between parallel and equal lines of ninety-two feet, and of part of the portion of Lot 10 as per plan of C. S. Hedin, Surveyor, November 12, 1852, deposited in the office of T. O. Stark, late notary public (on assessment rolls as PT 10-20, Lot B, Sq. 259).

Improvements thereon bear the Municipal No. 2733 Baronne Street, New Orleans, LA 70113.

WRIT AMOUNT: $226,448.26

Seized in the above suit,

TERMS-CASH. The purchaser at the moment of adjudication to make a deposit of ten percent of the purchase price, and the balance within thirty days thereafter.
