By virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable the Twenty-Fifth Judicial District Court in and for the PARISH OF PLAQUEMINES, dated APRIL 10, 2024 in the above entitled suit, I have seized and will proceed to sell at public auction at the Plaquemines Parish Sheriff’s Office located at 8022 Highway 23 in Belle Chasse, Louisiana for CASH to the highest bidder, on WEDNESDAY, July 10, 2024 at 10 o’clock A.M., the following described property:

That certain piece or portion of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the PARISH OF PLAQUEMINES, STATE OF LOUISIANA, at Belle Chasse, Louisiana, in Magnolia Heights Subdivision, as shown on a plan by Adloe Orr, Jr., C.E., dated November 16, 1954, said lot is designated as Lot 20 and measures 48.5 feet front on the Southernly side of Melvyn Drive by a depth of 145.30 feet and accordance with a survey by Wilton J. Dufrene, Land Surveyor, dated October 4, 1972, a copy annexed hereto, Lot 20 is bounded by Melvyn Drive, Louisiana Highway #31, the South Boundary of said subdivision and the canal adjoining Oak Tree Road, and measures 48.5 feet front on the Southerly side of Melvyn Drive, same width in the rear, by a depth between equal and parallel lines of 145.3 feet. Lot 20 commences at a distance of 176.19 feet from the comer of Melvyn Drive and the adjoining Oak Tree Road; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
