ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed bids will be received for the State of Louisiana by the Louisiana Stadium and Exposition District (LSED), at the offices of the

Owners Representative, ASM New Orleans, at the Caesars Superdome, Gate F, Plaza Level, New Orleans, Louisiana 70112 (504-

587-3820) until 2:00 P.M, Monday, July 22, 2024.

ANY PERSON REQUIRING SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS SHALL NOTIFY THE LOUISIANA STADIUM AND

EXPOSITION DISTRICT OF THE TYPE(S) OF ACCOMMODATION REQUIRED NOT LESS THAN SEVEN (7) DAYS

BEFORE THE BID OPENING.

All bids shall be accompanied by bid security in an amount of five percent (5.0%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates. The

form of this security shall be as stated in the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bid Documents for this project.

The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond written as described in the Instructions to Bidders

included in the Bid Documents for this project.

Bid Opening: The public Bid Opening will begin no later than 2:30 pm on July 22, 2024, at ASM Executive Office Boardroom,

Caesars Superdome, Gate F Plaza Level, in full compliance with Louisiana Public Bid Law. All properly submitted bids will be

opened and read aloud.

A Mandatory PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD

Bids shall be accepted from Contractors who are licensed under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2192 for the classification of: Building

Construction. The bidder is required to comply with provisions and requirements of LA R.S. 38:2212(B)(5). No bid may be

withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after receipt of bids, except under the provisions of LA. R.S. 38:2214.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. The available fund for construction is $400,000.00 in

accordance with La. R.S. 38:2212 (A)(1)(b), the provisions and requirements of this Section, those stated in the advertisement bids,

and those required on the bid form shall not be considered as informalities and shall not be waived by any public entity.
