SAID LOT IS LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 1,505 FEET WEST OF LOUISIANA HIGHWAY NO. 1 AND MEASURES 77 FEET FRONT ON PECAN LANE BY A DEPTH BETWEEN EQUAL AND PARALLEL LINES OF 77 FEET, MORE OR LESS.
