entitled cause, I have seized and will sell at Public Auction for cash according to law without benefit of appraisement in Room G-20, or any other place

within the Caddo Parish Courthouse in said City of Shreveport designated by notice posted in the lobby prior to the sale, during the legal hours of

sales on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 beginning at 10:00 A.M.

THE PROPERTY, REAL AND PERSONAL, RIGHTS AND CREDITS OF GABRIEL JUSTIN WILLIAMS AND MORIAH MATHIS, IN AND TO THE

FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY TO WIT:

IN CONVEYANCE BOOK 1500, PAGES 279-283, REGISTRY NUMBER 672672, OF THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA,

TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED THEREON. GEO NO. 151629009004900.

Said Property to be sold as belonging to the above defendant to pay and satisfy debt specified in said writ together with attorney's fee, interest and

costs.
