ADOPTING RESOLUTION

Amended Budget for Fiscal Year Ending 6/30/2024 Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year Ending 6/30/2025

GENERAL FUND AND SPECIAL REVENUE FUNDS

This is to certify that the Washington Parish Sheriff's Office has complied with Louisiana Revised Statute 39:1307 relative to public participation in the budget process regarding the Amended Budget for Fiscal Year Ending 06/30/2024 and the Budget for Fiscal Year Ending 06/30/2025. Pursuant to Revised Statute 39:1305, F(1), I am hereby adopting the Amended Budget for Fiscal Year Ending 06/30/2024 and the Budget for Fiscal Year Ending 06/30/2025 previously published on June 12, 2024.

I hereby authorize adoption of the aforementioned funds to serve as the Operating Budget for the Washington Parish Sheriff's Office for the General Fund and Special Revenue Funds.

Adopted this 24th day of June, 2024 in Franklinton, Louisiana.
