Notice is hereby given by the Assumption Parish Police Jury, in accordance with Assumption Parish Ordinance No. 94-03 (Assumption Parish Grass Cutting Ordinance), that the following property(s) are in violation of Section 1 of said ordinance by having grass and weeds in excess of 12 inches.
Furthermore, notice by certified mail has been attempted to the owner or agent of the owner, of the following property (s), however the Post Office has returned the stated notice, due to its inability to make delivery or refusal of acceptance.

Notice is further given that if the owner or agent of the owner fails to commence to cutting the grass and weeds within the allotted fifteen (15) days, may be liable for penalties, enforcement, and/or abatement proceedings if the violation is not resolved. The Police Jury shall charge the owner for actual cost incurred for the work plus a fifteen (15%) per cent administration fee. If the owner fails to pay the costs incurred, the Police Jury may file a lien on said property in favor of the Parish and may recover costs of courts, attorney fees, collection, and interest.
