MEETING OF

THE CALCASIEU

PARISH LAW ENFORCEMENT DISTRICT

A meeting of The Calcasieu Parish Law Enforcement District was held at the Calcasieu Parish Sheriffs Office on the 6th day of June 2024.

Public written notice of the agenda, date, time and place of the hearing was posted on the building where the meet-ings of this taxing authority are usually held, more than 24 hours prior to the meeting.

Public notice was also posted on Calcasieu Parish Sheriffs Office website more than 24 hours prior to the meeting.

Those present included:

Gary Stitch Guillory, Chief Deputy Holly Fontenot, Chief Guillorys Assistant

Nicole Ory, CPSO CFO Allie Dixon, CPSO, Accounting

Dari Guillory,

CPSO Finance Donna Rubin, CPSO Tax Office

The meeting was called to order and the roll called.

Minutes of the meeting held on March 6, 2024 previously signed, were reviewed by Chief Deputy Gary Stitch Guillory

No Old business.

New Business:

Adoption of the millage rates for the tax year 2024 as required by law are as follows:

Legislative- Maintenance Tax- 7.090 mills.

Additional Funding-5.620 mills.

No adjustments were made to either taxing district.

Affidavit and resolution for adopting 2024 Ad valorem mileage rates were approved and signed by Chief Dep-uty Gary Stitch Guillory. The affidavit was notarized by Holly Fontenot.

2023-2024 Amended Budget was reviewed and approved by Gary Stitch Guillory.

2024-2025 CPSO Proposed Budget was reviewed and approved by Gary Stitch Guillory.

There being no further business, upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried, the meeting was adjourned.
