NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to LA Code Civ. Pro. 3443, that Thom-as Brooks, the duly appointed and qualified administrator for the Succession of Michael Earl Brown is applying for authority to sell at private sale, the whole interest of the Suc-cession of Michael Earl Brown in and to the below described property on the terms of at the minimum Sixty Thousand dollars and no cents ($60,000.00) with buyer to pay sellers and buyers closing costs. The property is described as follows:
ONE CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and im-provements thereon and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto, belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the SIXTH DISTRICT of the City of New Orleans, State of Louisiana in SQUARE 143 - Bouligny, bounded by Annunciation, Cadiz, Laurel and Valence Streets, which said lot of ground is designated by the Letter F, commences at a distance of one hundred sixty-three feet, two inches, four lines (16324) from the corner of Annunciation and Cadiz Streets, and measures thence twenty-six feet, no inch-es, no lines (2600) front on Annunciation Street, the same width in the rear, by a depth of one hundred ten feet, no inches no lines (11000) between equal and parallel lines; all in according to sketch of survey by Gilbert, Kelly and Couturie - Errol E. Kelly, Surveyor, dated February 26, 1975, a copy of which is annexed to another Act passed before me Notary, dated this day for reference.
The improvements thereon bear the Municipal Number 4623 Annunciation Street.
All parties with an interest in the above described property or the Succession of Michael Earl Brown, which includes heirs, creditors, and the like must make any opposi-tion which they have or may have to such application, at any time, prior to the issuance of the order or judgment authorizing, approving and homologating such application and that such order or judgment may be issued after the expiration of ten (10) days, from the date of the publication of this notice, all in accordance with law.
