Printed copies are not available from the Designer, but arrangements can be made to obtain them directly through most other reprographic firms. PREBID CONFERENCE: A Mandatory pre-bid conference will be held Tuesday, May 21, 2:00 PM at the Project Site: Caesars Superdome, 1500 Sugar Bowl Drive, Gate A Mezzanine. Meet outside Ground level Gate A entrance.

BID DUE DATE: Sealed bids shall be submitted no later than 2:00 PM on Friday, May 31, 2024.

SUBMISSION OF BIDS: Bids will be received by ASM Global at their office located at ASM Global, Gate F Executive Offices, Caesars Superdome, 1500 Sugar Bowl Drive, New Orleans, Louisiana 70112.

All bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing legibly on the exterior, the following:

1. Project Name and Owner

2. Architect

3. Date

4. Contractor's Name, Address, and License Number

BID OPENING: The public Bid Opening will be conducted in person at the offices of ASM Global shortly after the bid receipt deadline, in full compliance with Louisiana Public Bid Law. All properly submitted bids will be opened and read aloud.

ANY PERSON REQUIRING SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS SHALL NOTIFY THE LOUISIANA STADIUM AND EXPOSITION DISTRICT OF THE TYPE(S) OF ACCOMMODATION REQUIRED NOT LESS THAN SEVEN (7) DAYS BEFORE THE BID OPENING.

Bids shall be accepted from Contractors who are licensed under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2192 for the classification of: Building Construction.

Bidder is required to comply with provisions and requirements of LA R.S. 38:2212(B)(5). No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after receipt of bids, except under the provisions of LA. R.S. 38:2214.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. In accordance with La. R.S. 38:2212 (A)(1)(b), the provisions and requirements of this Section, those stated in the advertisement bids, and those required on the bid form shall not be considered as informalities and shall not be waived by any public entity.
