By virtue of a Writ of COURT ORDER directed to me by the Honorable The Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans, in the above entitled cause, I will proceed to sell by public auction, on the ground floor of the Civil District Court Building, 421 Loyola Avenue, in the First District of the City on June 06, 2024, at 12:00 o'clock noon, the following described property to wit:

TWO CERTAIN LOTS OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the THIRD DISTRICT of the City of New Orleans, Parish of Orleans, State of Louisiana, Gentilly Gardens Subdivision, designated as Lots No. 15 and 16 on a survey made by Gilbert, Kelly and Couturie, Inc., Surveyors, dated January 3, 1953.

Improvements thereon bear Municipal No. 5222 Mandeville St. New Orleans, LA 70122.

TERMS Ð The purchaser at the moment of adjudication to make a deposit of ten percent of the purchase price, and the balance within thirty days thereafter.
