PUBLIC HEARING
The records of the Calcasieu Parish Tax Assessor and/or Calcasieu Parish Clerk of Court disclose that the following are the owners of, or has interest in the referenced improvements, structure or structures as follows:

Justin Joel Haug, is the owner and has an interest in referenced improvements, structure or structures (one house with detached garage and one accessory building) on property located on 1395 Matthew Dr, Ward W1, Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana, (CDM-0124-0858), Parcel # 01327800.
Marsha Marie Boutte Stevens ET VIR, is the owner and has an interest in referenced improvements, structure or structures (one house) on property located on 449 Bruce Cr., Ward W1, Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana, (CDM-0224-0868), Parcel # 00016012.
Pervez Hai, is the owner and has an interest in referenced improvements, structure or structures (one house) on property located on 424 Riddle Lane, Ward W4, Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana, (CDM-0024-0871), Parcel # 00188824.
An inspection revealed that the structure or structures located on the above referenced properties have been found to be unsafe, unsanitary and dangerous to human life due to inadequate maintenance, dilapidation, and abandonment. Therefore, in accordance with the Calcasieu Parish Code of ordinances, Chapter 6, Article II, Ordinance Nos. 2539 and 3169, the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury has directed me to serve you notice to show cause at a meeting of the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury as to why the improvements located on the above referenced properties should not be condemned. The meeting will be held at 5:45 P.M. on Thursday, May 2, 2024, in the Police Jury Meeting Room of the Parish Government Building at 1015 Pithon Street in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Please be advised, a condemnation order is final unless appealed within ten (10) business days following the public hearing.
Should you decide to remove the improvements prior to the public hear-ing, a demolition permit is required and may be obtained through the permit office.
