PUBLIC NOTICE

Public notice is hereby given that the Lafayette City-Parish Consolidated Government (LCG), Community Development & Planning Department (CDP) is amending its U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) 2023 Annual Action Plan and 2021 HOME-ARP Action Plan. The 2023 Plan identifies the types of activities that will be funded with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) entitlement funds during LCGs Program Year 2023 (October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024). All activities funded under the 2023 Annual Action Plan will address the priority needs identified in the LCGs 2023/2027 Five-Year Consolidated Plan.

CDP will release a draft copy of the 2023 Annual Action Plan Amendment and the 2021 HOME-ARP Action Plan Amendment for a 30-day public review and comment period beginning May 6, 2024 and ending June 6, 2024. Copies of the document will be available at the following locations: Lafayette Public Libraries (Main Branch 301 West Congress Street, Lafayette, LA and Clifton Chenier Center Branch, 202 West Willow Street, Lafayette, LA); LCG, CDD - 705 West University Avenue, (Second Floor, Lafayette City-Parish Hall), Lafayette, LA; Lafayette City-Parish Council Office - 705 West University Avenue, (First Floor, Lafayette City-Parish Hall), Lafayette, LA; Housing Authority of the City of Lafayette - 115 Kattie Drive (Administration Office), Lafayette, LA; and the LCG Community Development Department website - http://www.lafayettela.gov/DP/Consolidated-Planning.
