numbered and entitled cause, I have seized and will sell at Public Auction for cash according to law without benefit of appraisement in Room G-20, or

any other place within the Caddo Parish Courthouse in said City of Shreveport designated by notice posted in the lobby prior to the sale, during the

legal hours of sales on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 beginning at 10:00 A.M.

LOT 24 AND THE WEST ONE-HALF OF LOT 25, BLOCK 9, LONOKE SUBDIVISION, A

SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF SHREVEPORT, CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN BOOK 150, PAGE 16 OF THE

CONVEYANCE RECORDS OF CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED THEREON

AND BELONGING THERETO.

WHICH HAS THE ADDRESS OF 3108 WOODFORD STREET, SHREVEPORT, LA. 71108

Said Property to be sold as belonging to the above defendant to pay and satisfy debt specified in said writ together with attorney's fee, interest and

costs.
