IN THE MATTER OF THE SUCCESSION OF

GERTRUDE A. WILLIAMS AND ALFRED A. WILLIAMS, SR.

NOTICE IS GIVEN that Brenetta Williams, Administratrix of the Succession of Gertrude A. Williams and Alfred A. Williams, Sr. is applying for authority to sell at private sale, on terms of ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS cash, the immovable property owned by the Succession of Gertrude A. Williams and Alfred A. Williams, Sr. described below.

ONE CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in Square No. 21, CRESTVIEW OFFICE & INDUSTRIAL PARK (Kenner Project, . 1), bounded by West Union Street, Tyler Avenue, Crestview Avenue, West 23rd Street (formerly Charlotte Avenue) and Belleview Boulevard, designated as LOT 52-A on the survey made by Gilbert, Kelly & Couturie, Inc., Surveying & Engineering, dated November 30, 1984, a copy of which is annexed to an act passed before Richard A. Hammel, Notary Public, dated December 11, 1984, and according to said survey, said Lot 52-A commences at a distance of 280 feet from the corner of West Union Street and Tyler Avenue, and measures thence 60 feet front on West Union Street, the same width in the rear, by a depth of 120.10 feet, between equal and parallel lines; Lot 52-A is composed of the whole of original Lots Nos. 51, 52, and 53.

The improvements thereon bear Municipal No. 122A and B West Union Street.

According to a survey by BFM Corporation, the above lot is situated in the same subdivision and Square and has the same measurements and designation as above set forth. Said survey is dated July 19, 1985.

An order authorizing her to do so may be issued after seven days from the date of second publication of this notice. An opposition to the application may be filed at any time prior to the issuance of such an order.
