LOUISIANA, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN BOOK 1400, AT PAGES 103, OF THE CONVEYANCE RECORDS OF CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA,

BEARING A MUNICIPAL ADDRESS OF 8913 MELODY LANE, SHREVEPORT, LOUISIANA, 71118, AND GEO NUMBER 161-404-015-0052-00.

Said Property to be sold as belonging to the above defendant to pay and satisfy debt specified in said writ together with attorney's fee, interest and

costs.
