REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS TO PROVIDE HAZARD MITIGATION SERVICES

The Parish of St. Martin, Louisiana is procuring for Hazard Mitigation (HM) Services related to Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA) Grant Programs. St. Martin Parish Government intends to secure consulting services to conduct Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA) Program-related services.

The process for the selection of the consulting firm will be in accordance with the procurement requirement of Federal Regulations 2 CFR 200. All responses will be evaluated in accordance with the selection criteria and point systems identified in the Request for Proposals to Provide Hazard Mitigation Services. The Request for Proposals to Provide Hazard Mitigation Services will be made available by formal email request to A&E Consultants, Inc, Attn: Adam Latiolais (adam@aeconsultantsinc.com). This package defines the scope of services to be performed by the selected firm. The contract will be awarded based upon the proposal which is most advantageous to the Parish of St. Martin.

Interested consulting firms are invited to obtain the Request for Proposal to Provide Hazard Mitigation Services Package by contacting Adam Latiolais, P.E. (email: adam@aeconsultantsinc.com), A&E Consultants, Inc., 514 Parkway Drive, Breaux Bridge, LA, 70517. The applicants completed Request for Proposal to Provide Hazard Mitigation Services must be received by the office of A&E Consultants, Inc. via email or hand delivery no later than 10:00 A.M. on THURSDAY, APRIL 11, 2024.
