Atrium Rivertown, LLC (To-Be-Formed) is applying for 4% Tax Credits provided by the Louisiana Housing Corporation, to finance a new development to be located at 300 Block of Daniel St. Kenner, LA 70062. On award of Tax Credits, a To-Be-Formed limited liability corporation will be formed to develop, own and manage up to 62 apartments. This new construction multi-family residential development serving families, known as Rivertown Landing, will be compromised of a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments, as well as leasing/management office and community amenity space available to all residents. Site amenities and off-street parking will also be included. All of the apartments will qualify for Tax Credits. The estimated total development cost of +/-$18,000,000 will be funded by approximately: $6,000,000 in 4% Tax Credit equity, $2,000,000 first mortgage loan, $9,000,000 in CDBG-DR, and $1,000,000 in other subordinate debt.
