RDNI Batture, LLC is applying to the Louisiana Housing Corporation for 4% Housing Tax Credits proposing to develop a residential phase of The River District Development located at 1494 Tchoupitoulas St., New Orleans, LA, 70130. The development consists of the new construction of up to 300 units of 1 and 2 bedroom units. The development design is pursuing Energy Star and Fortified Gold building standards and will include community space and wellness facilities. General information on the development:

The estimated total cost of the development $93.75M and will be funded by approximately $34.11M in equity generated by the sale of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, $15.60M in debt financing, $19.97M in funds from the Louisiana Housing Corporations Prime 3 Program, and $24.07M in soft debt and developer equity.
