and entitled cause, I have seized and will sell at Public Auction for cash according to law without benefit of appraisement in Room G-20, or any other
place within the Caddo Parish Courthouse in said City of Shreveport designated by notice posted in the lobby prior to the sale, during the legal hours of
sales on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 beginning at 10:00 A.M.
THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THE ACT OF MORTGAGE IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
LOT NINETY-THREE (93) OF THE SOUTH SHREVE ISLAND SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF SHREVEPORT, CADDO PARISH,
LOUISIANA, AS PER MAP RECORDED IN CONVEYANCE BOOK 700 AT PAGES 389 THROUGH 399, INCLUSIVE, OF THE RECORDS OF CADDO
PARISH, TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON.
Said Property to be sold as belonging to the above defendant to pay and satisfy debt specified in said writ together with attorney's fee, interest and
costs.
