and from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioners claims of: TWO HUNDRED TWO THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-THREE AND 48 / 100 ($202,183.48) dollars, along with interest, attorney’s fees and all other costs of suit.
