Pursuant to an order of the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans, in the

matter of In Re: John Williams Praying for Monition (2527 Almonaster Blvd.),

Docket No. 2023-12833, Div. N-8, Civil District Court, Parish of Orleans, State of

Louisisan, dated November 22, 2023, it was ordered as follows: WHEREAS,

John Williams, by act passed before Errol B. Conley and recorded on November

16, 2020 at NA 2022-42487 and CIN 682903 of the official records of Orleans

Parish, Louisiana, purchased tax sale title to the below-described property in a tax

sale conducted by Norman White, Chief Financial Officer and Ex-Officio Tax

Collector for the Parish of Orleans, for unpaid ad valorem taxes for the tax year(s)

2018 and 2019. WHEREAS, John Williams has applied to this Honorable Court

for a Monition or advertisement, in conformity with LRS 47:2271, et. seq.;

THEREFORE, in the name of the State of Louisiana and the Civil District Court

for the Parish of Orleans, all interested persons are cited and admonished to show

cause within sixty days from the date on which this Monition is first advertised,

why grounds exist for a nullity under the provision of Chapter 5 of Subtitle II of

Title 47 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950. The property affected by this
