Notice is hereby given that, following a written request, on November 2, 2023, the President and CEO of the Board of Commissioners for the Port of New Orleans (the Board) declared that information relating to the active negotiations for the development and operation of a maritime terminal between the Board and Sunrise Foods International, Inc. shall be confidential pursuant to La. R.S. 44:22.1. Such period of confidentiality shall continue until negotiations are concluded or for a period of (1) one year, unless extended by the Board in accordance with La. R.S. 44:22.1.
