Public Notice

In accordance with Article II of Chapter 11 of the Code of Ordinances of Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana, it shall be unlawful for persons owning or occupying lots located within recognized subdivisions outside municipalities or in the vicinity of the Chennault International Airport in the Parish of Calcasieu to fail to cut and remove grass and obnoxious weeds, or remove other deleterious or unhealthful growths, trash, debris, refuse, and discarded or noxious matter.

If the following property owner(s) fail(s) to cut or remove such matter as described above by November 16, 2023, the Police Jury shall proceed as authorized by the aforementioned parish ordinance, with all unpaid costs and charges to be added to the next ad valorem tax bill.
