Notice is hereby given, that by virtue of a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued out of the 15th Judicial District Court in and for the Parish of Acadia and to me directed, in favor of the plaintiff in the above numbered and entitled cause, I have seized, and will offer to sell, at public auction, according to law, at the courthouse, at the third floor police jury meeting room, at Crowley, Louisiana, commencing at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday November 29,2023 the following described property of the above mentioned defendant(s), to-wit:
Item 1: A certain tract or parcel of ground, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, situated in Section 32, T-8-S, R-3-E, Acadia Parish, Louisiana, designated as Lot 1 consisting of 0.964 acres on the plat attached to Act No. 693385 of the records of the Clerk for Acadia Parish, Louisiana. Being the same property Konrad Jude Jagneaux, et ux, under Act No. 693385 of the records of Clerk for Acadia Parish, Louisiana.
Item 2: A 66 x 41 mobile home, being more particularly described as a 2002 Southern Energy model name FX113, bearing serial number DESAL15130ABC
Terms of sale, cash to the last and highest bidder on the day of the sale.
