Mr. Berry called the meeting to order at 18:00. The following members were present, and the Board achieved a quorum.

D. Approve Minutes

Mr. Berry called for a motion to approve the minutes for the September 20, 2023, meeting,

Motion by Mrs. Hall, 2nd by Mrs. Doyle, all in favor, motion carried.

E. Approval payment of Bills

Mr. Berry called for a motion to approve payment of bills for September and Octoberf

Motion by Mrs. Hall, 2nd by Mrs. Doyle, all in favor, motion carried.

F. New Business:

1. The Board was given an update on parcel fees paid and still owed to date.

No action needed.

2. The Board was updated on the status of the repairs being performed on the ladder truck.

No action needed
