SUCCESSION OF FRANCIS JOHN LAVIOLETTE A/K/A JOHNNY LAVIOLETTE
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AUTHORITY TOSELL IMMOVABLE PROPERTY
Notice is hereby given that the Administratrix of the Succession of Francis John Laviolette a/k/a Johnny Laviolette, has petitioned this Honorable Court for authority to sell all of the successions right, title and interest in and to the following described immovable property in accordance with the provisions of Articles 3191 and 3281 of the Code of Civil Procedure:
All of the successions right, title and interest in and to the following described property, to wit:
A CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights, ways, privileges, servitudes and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Fifth District of the City of New Orleans, Square No. 115, which is bounded by Elmira Avenue, Belleville Street, Opelousas Avenue and Evelina Street, designated by the No. 15 as per plan of G. Uncas Lewis, Deputy City Surveyor, dated July 26, 1907, annexed to an act of sale by J.W. Reynolds to Peter M. Maguire, passed before M.S. Mahoney, Notary Public, dated August 20, 1907, and according to which plan said lot measures 30 feet front on Elmira Avenue by 120 feet in depth between parallel lines, and 30 feet in width in the rear.
Said improvements thereon bear Municipal No. 629 Elmira Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70114.
The proposed sale shall be subject to the price, terms and conditions as set forth in the purchase agreement, a copy of which is filed in these proceedings. Any heir or creditor who opposes the proposed sale must file his or her opposition within seven (7) days from the date on which the last publication of this notice appears.
