Request for Qualifications for Project Construction Administration

and Inspection Services

The Assumption Parish Police Jury (APPJ) is seeking a qualified firm to provide construction management services for various federally funded projects located throughout Assumption Parish. The services desired for this effort will be construction administration and inspection services. One firm will be selected for the duration of the projects.

Minimum Personnel Requirements:

1. Professional Engineer: A professional engineer licensed in the state of Louisiana shall have at least (10) years relevant experience in the area of flood protection (earthen levees and pumping stations), drainage outfall improvement, dredging, and bridge replacement.

2. Construction Manager: Construction Project Manager with least (10) years relevant experience in managing construction of flood protection, drainage outfall improvement, dredging, and bridge replacement.

3. Project Representative: Project Representative with (5) years relevant experience in pumping systems, dredging and earthwork.

The responses must be received via the Assumption Parish website (www.assumptionla.com) or hand delivered to the Assumption Parish Police Jury (APPJ) office located 4813 Highway 1, Napoleonville, LA 70390 on or before the date and time specified in the Schedule of Events. Proposals may also be submitted by certified or registered mail with return receipt requested to P. O. Box 520, Napoleonville, LA 70390 but MUST be received and date stamped as received in the Assumption Parish Police Jury Administrative office no later than the deadline as stated in the Schedule of Events.
