Acting under and by virtue of Writ of Fieri Facias issued out of the honorable court aforesaid, in the above entitled and numbered cause, dated, June 02, 2023 and to me directed, I did seize and will, beginning at 10:00 o'clock a.m. on September 06, 2023, in the lobby of the City Hall located at 222 St. Louis St., offer for sale at public auction the following described property belonging to: JOSEPH HENRY SAVOIAN

A CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of East Baton Rouge, State of Louisiana, in that subdivision known as Shenandoah Estates, Fifth Filing, and designated on the official plan thereof, on file and of record in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of the Parish of East Baton Rouge, State of Louisiana, as Lot Number Six Hundred Ninety (690), said subdivision, said lot having such measurements and dimensions and being subject to such servitudes end restrictions as are more particularly shown on said map; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
