NOTICE

EDNA WOOD BODDEN AND LUCKMORE FINANCE CORPORATION

Pursuant to an order of the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans in the matter of Jetty Hui and Anna Oina Hui, Docket No 2023-7428, Div. E, Section 7, Orleans Parish, State of Louisiana, dated August 1, 2023, it was ordered as follows:

WHEREAS, Jetty Hui and Anna Oina Hui, by act passed before Errol Conley, recorded on May 19, 2016 at Instrument Number 2016-20045 of the official records of Orleans Parish, Louisiana, purchased property at tax sale from the City of New Orleans, Louisiana adjudicated to the political subdivision for unpaid property taxes;

WHEREAS, Jetty Hui and Anna Oina Hui has applied to this Court for a monition or advertisement, in conformity with R.S. 47:2271 et seq.

THEREFORE, in the name of the State of Louisiana and the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans, all interested persons are cited and admonished to show cause within sixty days from the date on which this monition is first advertised, why grounds exist for a nullity under the provisions of Chapter 5 of Subtitle III of Title 47 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950.

The property affected by this monition is: Lot 124D, Edgewater Subdivision Block D
