By virtue of a Writ of Seizure and Sale directed to me by the Honorable Judges of Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans, in the above entitled cause, I will proceed to sell by public auction, on the ground floor of the Civil District Court Building, 421 Loyola Avenue, in the First District of the City on August 10, 2023, at 12:00 o'clock noon, the following described property to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM UNIT, together with its appurtenant interest in the common elements, described as UNIT NO. 248 on the plat of survey of land and buildings annexed to the Declaration Creating and Establishing Condominium Property Regime, executed by U.S. Home Corporation by act before Jacqueline McPherson, Notary Public, dated October 23, 1980 and filed of record October 24, 1980 in COB 773 A, Folio 907 934, N.A. 388972, official records of Orleans Parish, whereby U.S. Home Corporation established a Condominium Regime known as HILLBROOK CONDOMINIUMS on property located in the Fifth District of the City of New Orleans, State of Louisiana, in CYPRESS ACRES SUBDIVISION, as amended November 28, 1980, registered in COB 773 D, Folio 98 101, N.A. 393702; as further amended December 23, 1980, registered in COB 773 E, Folio 646 649, N.A. 397150; as further amended October 30, 1981, registered in COB 778 G, Folio 717, N.A. 431277; as further amended December 23, 1981, registered in COB 778 D, Folio 630 631, N.A. 437040.
The property bears the Municipal No. 2101 Westbend Parkway, Unit 248, New Orleans, Louisiana 70114.

Seized in the above suit, TERMS - CASH.
