The Mayor and Council of the Town of Golden Meadow met for a Public Hearing to discuss an Ordinance to approve the exempt trust division for Alan and Polly Cheramie on property along the northern side of Tamplain Lane approximately 500 west of Louisiana Highway 1 Golden Meadow on Monday, May 15, 2023 at 6:30 PM at the Golden Meadow Town Hall, 107 Jervis Drive, Golden Meadow, LA 70357.

Councilman Kip Plaisance

Councilman Willis Toups

Those absent were:

Councilman Jody Cheramie

Councilman Laci Latiolais

Others attending were: Bryce Autin, Mary Duet Belisle, Stephanie Bollinger, Buffy Charpentier, Marc Charpentier, Dessa Cheramie, Doug Cheramie, Mia Cheramie, Tracee Cloutier, Cullen Curole, Michael Davis, Troy Dufrene, Stephanie Griffin, Morris Hunter, Daniel Lorraine, Edward Louviere, Patricia Louviere, John Mobley, Stella Mobley, Darryl Osela, Michael Paradelas, Lisa Pitre, Wade Pitre, John Plaisance, Rachel Robichaux, McNeely Rome, Marlene Sunday, William Sunday, and Farrell Trahan.

Mayor Joey Bouziga called this meeting to order at 6:30 P.M.

Mayor Joey Bouziga stated the purpose of the hearing is to discuss an Ordinance to approve the exempt trust division for Alan and Polly Cheramie on property along the northern side of Tamplain Lane approximately 500 west of Louisiana Highway 1 Golden Meadow.

Mayor Joey Bouziga asked for audience questions or comments.

Mayor Joey Bouziga asked for Council questions or comments.

There were no more questions or further discussion from the Council.

With no further business to discuss Councilman Mike Billiot presented a motion and Councilman Kip Plaisance seconded the motion adjourning the Public Hearing at 6:31 P.M. as presented. The Council unanimously approved the motion as presented.
