NOTICE TO PUBLIC
Lafitte 2017, LLC is applying to the Louisiana Housing Corporation for 9% Housing Tax Credits proposing to develop a phase of the Faubourg Lafitte Redevelopment known as Phase VII. The development consists of the renovation of a historic building from the old Lafitte Public Housing site with 6 rental units and 3,000 SF of property management facilities and the development of 45 new construction rental units for a total of 51 affordable family rental units with a configuration of 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units. The estimated total cost of the development is $25.81M and will be funded with approximately $13.95M in investor equity generated from the sale of Low Income Housing Tax Credits, $1.56M in equity generated from other Tax Credits, $1.50M in HOME funds from the City of New Orleans, a combined $8.44M in debt financing, and the balance in developer equity.
