REBRANDING STRATEGY FOR

THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF NEW ORLEANS

RFP #23-904-21

The Housing Authority of New Orleans (HANO) is requesting proposals from qualified, experienced professional marketing/branding agencies to develop a strategy and design for the rebranding of HANO. The rebranding shall be focused on positioning the agency as the partner of choice in creating access to affordable housing in the city of New Orleans while laying the foundation for economic sustainability. The rebranding may encompass a potential new name for the agency, a newly designed logo, new branded design and new promotional strategy. The promotional strategy will cover HANOs service programs for clients, community support programs, community achievements, HCVP program, resident training and educational programs, and grants awarded to HANO. The rebranding strategy needs to include a series of positive press stories correlating with rebranding launch and the backend reporting on press metrics after stories are placed or picked up.

Sealed responses to this solicitation will be received by the Housing Authority of New Orleans (HANO) in the Department of Procurement and Contracts until 2:00 p.m. CST on Thursday, April 6, 2023.

Deliver four (4) complete sets (one original clearly marked or stamped original, and three (3) copies) of the required submittals, in a sealed envelope or box clearly marked with the words RFP Documents, to the following address:

Single copies of the RFP package may be downloaded from the HANO website at www.hano.org.

All responses submitted are subject to these Instructions and Supplemental Instructions to Offerors, General and Supplemental Conditions, and all other requirements contained herein, all of which are made a part of this Request for Proposals by reference.

The Housing Authority of New Orleans reserves the right to reject any or all proposals for just cause and to waive any informality in the submission process if it be in the public interest to do so.
