PLAINTIFF’S MORTGAGE AND/OR PRIVILEGE AFFECTS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY, TO-WIT:

LOT 327 LAKEWOOD SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 5, A SUBDIVISION OF BOSSIER PARISH, LOUISIANA, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN BOOK 808, PAGES 640-644 OF THE CONVEYANCE RECORDS OF BOSSIER PARISH, LOUISIANA; SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, SERVITUDES, RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND OUTSTANDING MINERAL RIGHTS OF RECORD AFFECTING THE PROPERTY.

and from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioners claims of: ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY-SIX AND 33 / 100 ($151,286.33) dollars, along with interest, attorney’s fees and all other costs of suit.
