5579361 PUBLIC NOTICE LOUISIANA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY (LDEQ) CLECO POWER LLC - BRAME ENERGY CENTER DRAFT SOLID WASTE MAJOR MODIFICATION The LDEQ, Office of Environmental Services, has determined that a Draft Solid Waste Major Modification for CLECO Power LLC - Brame Energy Center, P.O. BOX 5000, Pineville, LA 71361-5000 for the Type I - Surface Impoundment and Type I - Landfill is technically complete and acceptable for public review. The facility is located at 275 Rodemacher Road in Lena, Rapides Parish. CLECO Power LLC - Brame Engercy Center proposes to modify an existing Type I Landfill and Type I Surface Impoundment to incorporate the existing Fly Ash and Bottom Ash Pond footprint (P-0005-R1) into this solid waste permit for a lateral expansion of the Unit 3 Ash Management Landfill.
