NOTICE TO SELL MOVABLE OR IMMOVABLE PROPERTY AT PRIVATE SALE

SUCCESSION OF SHIRLEY SCOTT BONCK
Whereas the Administratrix, Andrea Renee Bonck Hawkins of the above Estate, has made application to the Court for the sale at private sale of the immovable property herein described, to-wit:
UNIT 7-A, of the CHARDONNAY VILLAGE CONDOMINIUMS situated in the CITY OF KENNER, STATE OF LOUISIANA, PARISH OF JEFFERSON and an undivided .3888% in and to the common elements thereof, all as indicated in the Condominium Declaration of Chardonnay Village Condominiums, created per act before George Scariano, Notary Public, dated 8/25/1981, recorded in Entry No. 982849, COB 1010, folio 474, of the conveyance records of the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana as designated and shown on the plan of Joseph F. Varisco, Jr., Registered Land Surveyor, dated February 9, 1981, revised April 27, 1981 and July 29, 1981, annexed as Exhibit B to said Declaration, which said Declaration affects the immovable property and improvements thereon situated and more fully described as follows:
THAT CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the improvements thereon and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the CITY OF KENNER, PARISH OF JEFFERSON, STATE OF LOUISIANA, in that part thereof known as PARCEL 22-A, CHATEAU ESTATES SOUTH, all in accord with a survey thereof by J.J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., C.E., dated January 4, 1973, revised May 7, 1973, said parcel is designated as Parcel 22-A and measures as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the westerly right-of-way line of Duncan Canal and the northerly right-of-way line of 35th Street (now West Esplanade Avenue) which is the point of beginning, measure thence N. 01 degree 0528 W a distance of 1611.35 feet to a point on the southerly right-of-way line of Canal No. 11, thence measure 2 degrees 0624 E, a distance of 526.27 feet to a point, thence S. 16 degrees 5946 E, a distance of 28.00 feet to a point thence along the arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 234.00 feet (the long chord of which bears S 58 degrees 2353 W 118.01 feet) a distance of 119.30 feet to appoint: thence along the arc of a curve to the right having a radius of 241.00 (the long chord of which bears S 45 degree 4954 E 40.46 feet a distance of 142.43 feet to a point: thence along the arc of a curve to the right having a radius of 822.00 feet (the long chord of which bears S11 degrees 5843E 473.19 feet) a distance of 318.00 feet to a point: thence a measure in an easterly direction along the northerly right-of-way line of 35th Street (now West Esplanade Avenue) a distance of 576.24 feet to the point of beginning, containing 19.643 acres.
UPON THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS, TO-WIT:
FORTY THOUSAND AND NO/100 ($40,000.00) DOLLARS cash for one hundred percent (100%) interest in said property less the usual and customary expenses of the sale, all as per the agreement to purchase and sell.
Notice is hereby given to all parties to whom it may concern, including the heirs and creditors of the decedent herein, and of this estate, be ordered to make any opposition which they have or may have to such application, at any time, prior to the issuance of the order or judgment authorizing, approving and homologating such application and that such order or judgment may be issued after the expiration of seven (7) days, from the date of the last publication of such notice, all in accordance with law.
