By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated: THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 10, 2022, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at the principal front door of the Governmental Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, LA 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 25, 2023, at 10:00 A.M., to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:

A certain lot or parcel of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, situated in the Parish of Ascension, State of Louisiana, in that subdivision known as Orange Grove Subdivision, First Filing, Part I, and being designed on the official plan of said subdivision, as revised on file and of record in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of the Parish of Ascension, State of Louisiana, Inst #786648, a copy of which is recorded in the office of the Clerk of Court and Recorder in and for said Parish and State, as Lot Number Eighteen (18), said subdivision. Said lot has such dimensions and measurements along such bearings and being subject to such servitudes, building lines, restrictions and dedications as more fully shown on said subdivision map. Subject to building and land use restrictions and covenants, as many be amended, on file in the official records of said Parish and State.
