By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated: MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, 2022, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at the principal front door of the Governmental Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, LA 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 30, 2022, at 10:00 A.M., to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
A certain lot or parcel of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements and with all rights, privileges and advantages thereunto belonging, situated in Section 9, Township 9 South, Range 3 East, Southeastern Land District of Louisiana, in the Parish of Ascension, and designated as lot twenty (20) in that subdivision thereof known and described as Lazy Oaks Subdivision, as per official survey by John P. Earles III P.L.S., as shown on the plat of said subdivision, and recorded in file #314558 in the official records of the clerk of court for the Parish of Ascension, State of Louisiana, said lot number twenty (20) measures 187.00 feet fronting Lazy Oaks Drive by a depth between equal and parallel lines of 155.33 feet and has a rear of 187.00 feet, and is subject to such servitudes and setback lines as is shown in detail on the above referenced plan of survey. Said lot contains a total of .67 acres.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND NINETY-FOUR AND 62 / 100 ($100,094.62) DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
