By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated April 22, 2022, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on September 14, 2022 at 10 o' clock a.m. the following described property to wit:
That Certain Piece Or Portion Of Ground, together with all the buildings, constructions, component parts, fixtures and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in that part thereof known as Barkley Estates, in accordance with the plan of subdivision by Dufrene Surveying & Engineering, Inc., dated at Harvey, Louisiana, February 17, 2003, approved by the Jefferson Parish Council under Ordinance Number 2183 8, adopted April 30, 2003, registered in COB 3099, Page 414, Instrument Number 10333416, Jefferson Parish, Louisiana; and also in accordance with survey by Dufrene Surveying & Engineering, Inc., dated at Harvey Louisiana, September 21, 2004, a copy of which is annexed to an act passed before N.
Buckner Barkley, Jr., Notary Public, dated October 6, 2004, registered in COB 3133, Page 125, Instrument Number 10460545, Jefferson Parish, Louisiana; and according to said plans, said lot is designated as Lot Twelve (12) of Square One (1), which said square is bounded by Wedgwood Drive, Cornwall Lane, Squire wood Drive North, Squirewood Court, Squire wood Drive East, Knightsbridge Court, Barkley Drive, Parcel 11-D and Parcel 11-11; and according to Lo said plans said Lot Twelve (12) forms the comer of Squirewood Drive East and Knightsbridge Court, and measures 71.11 feet front on Squirewood Drive East and 39.26 feet front at the intersection of Squirewood Drive East and Knightsbridge Court, with a width in the rear of 85 feet, by a depth and front on Knightsridge Court of 105.79 feet, and a depth on the sideline adjoining Lot 13 of 130 feet; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges.
