Bayou Land Holdings, LLC hereby notifies the public that it has submitted to the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality (LDEQ) a Voluntary Remedial Action Plan (VRAP) with respect to the property located at 6025 River Road, Marrero, Louisiana in Jefferson Parish. Pursuant to La. R. S. 30:2285 et seq., within the next thirty (30) days, any interested party may submit written comments regarding the VRAP or associated documents to the LDEQ, Office of Environmental Assessment, Remediation Division, c/o Estuardo Silva, P.G., Administrator, Post Office Box 4314, Baton Rouge, LA 70821-4314. Please use Agency Interest number AI# 44805 on any comments.

A hard copy of the application, investigational report, and approved VRAP with agency comments can be viewed at the Westbank Regional Public Library, 2751 Manhattan Blvd, Harvey, LA 70058 or LDEQs Office located at 602 North Fifth Street, Baton Rouge. Interested parties may also request, in writing, at the Post Office Box address listed in this notice above, a public hearing regarding the VRAP.
